Suzuki Australia imports and distributes a range of Motorcycle and ATV products nationally and is a dominant player in the motorcycle industry. We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Regional Manager to join our Queensland team based out of our state office in Acacia Ridge.

Leading a network of authorized Suzuki Dealers within a designated territory, your key responsibilities will include building strong relationships with some of Australia’s biggest Motorcycle dealers, partnering with them to strategically drive performance and achieve sales targets. Working alongside our Aftersales team you will also aid dealers to achieve their broader business objectives.

In addition you will apply your superior analytical skills to contribute to the ongoing development of the Suzuki dealer network by actively reviewing dealer performance and developing plans for continuous improvement, specifically in sales, and contributing in other aspects of dealer operations such as the implementation of strategic local marketing initiatives and with the display and demonstration of product at shows, events and field days.

A background in sales or relationship management, particularly within a wholesale distribution environment is essential, and an understanding of and experience in motorcycle or automotive dealer sales and operations would be a distinct advantage. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to operate with minimal supervision. You will have solid computer literacy, a strong attention to detail, and a flexible work ethic. Regular metropolitan and rural travel will be required to effectively fulfil this role.

An appropriate and satisfactory remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
