NPS Monster Energy Kawasaki team manager Troy Carroll is confident that the combination of Adam Monea and Jake Moss will mount an increased challenge for the 2015 MX1 MX Nationals title.

Monea and Moss spent the beginning of the year on a training camp in the US to contest the opening rounds of Monster Energy AMA Supercross, and despite injuries plaguing the trip, both have benefited from the experience.

An assortment of new personnel have taken the Brisbane-based team to greater heights in the pre-season, now ready to capitalise on revisions made since last season.

“Jake and Adam settled into the team well and we have addressed some key challenges from last year during a recent training camp in the United States,” Carroll commented. “Michael Marty, Paul Teasdale and Chris Prestedge are dedicated to getting the most out of each KX450F.

“Both of our riders are young, fit and experienced enough to win a MX1 title and I believe that at this stage we have reached the potential to make it happen in 2015.”

Kawasaki Australia national sales and marketing manager Robert Walker agrees with Carroll that the team will be improved once again for the new season.

“Kawasaki is excited to have Jake and Adam on board again for 2015,” Walker said. “With the team managed by Troy Carroll and backed up by the experienced head mechanic Michael Marty, we believe we are in the strongest position to win a championship.”

Last season Monea finished fourth in the MX Nationals standings, two positions ahead of Moss in sixth overall.
