Bopping and Peterson sign up for SIC Racing to complete the outdoors.
Lawson Bopping will make his anticipated return to the Monster Energy MX Nationals on Sunday at Conondale, a last-minute inclusion for the SIC Racing Kawasaki outfit.
Bopping will campaign a KX450F in MX1 while Dylan Peterson is also on the comeback trail in MX2 on a KX250F in the team that fielded Brett Metcalfe in supercross last season.
Team manger Craig Doreen had always planned to run the team for the 2014 motocross season, however made the decision to focus on their California racing projects until this point.
With four rounds left of the MX Nationals, Doreen has confirmed that SIC Racing will be present for the remainder of the 2014 season.
Both Bopping and Peterson have been crowd favourites of the MX Nationals in the past, and especially for Bopping, the Conondale round could not have come at a more fitting time.
Bopping, who is particularly famous for clearing the huge 130ft Dunk’s Hill extension that Green Park is infamous for, will this weekend return to the national circuit for the first time in 2014.
Peterson, who in the past has accepted a number of guest rides for various teams, will make his 2014 debut with the support of SIC Racing behind him.
