Instagram post confirms Yoshimura Suzuki rider in for Saturday.
Yoshimura Suzuki’s James Stewart will line up at this weekend’s Las Vegas Monster Energy Supercross finals after being cleared from any serious knee injuries.
Stewart exited the penultimate main event of the season in New Jersey last weekend after tweaking his knee, prompting fears that he could be sidelined for Las Vegas and potentially the outdoors.
However Stewart today confirmed via Instagram that the injury “wasn’t as bad as it felt”, conforming he will race this Saturday evening at the final round.
Stewart will enter the weekend third in the standings, 11 points behind Ryan Dungey (Red Bull KTM) and six points ahead of his teammate Ken Roczen.
