The fifth and final round of the Monster Energy Super X, Australasian Supercross Championship, will be contested at Ipswich in Queensland tomorrow evening.
In the Pro Open class there is a three-way battle brewing between Jay Marmont, Tye Simmonds and Dan McCoy, the trio separated by just eight points while last week’s winner Lawson Bopping will be there to pick up the pieces just 15 points of Marmont.
Matt Moss and Errol Willis simply need to circulate to wrap up their respective titles in the Pro Lites and Under 19s, both coming off dominant wins last weekend.
Headlining the weekend’s proceedings is the return of traditional formats, featuring 20 laps for the Opens and 15 for the Lites for the first time in a number of years on Australian soil.
Here’s MotoOnline.com.au’s round five preview, including the standings, track map and detailed schedule of the proceedings for Saturday, 12 November.
