MX Nationals secures Gas Imports as 2011 series sponsor

Gas Imports has officially been announced by Williams Event Management as a major sponsor of the 2011 Rockstar Energy Drink MX Nationals, Australian Motocross Championship.

WEM managing director Kevin Williams today welcomed Gas Imports to the series, thrilled with the support received just two weeks out from Broadford’s season opener.

“Gas has a great range of products for all motorcycling enthusiasts,” Williams commented. “It’s great to have such a positive company behind the series. Like the MX Nationals builds every year, Gas Imports are continuing to grow and its great to receive their support.”

Doug Sharp from Gas Imports was equally excited about getting involved with the MX Nationals after supporting Super X last season.

“We are looking forward to being involved in the MX Nationals,” Sharp added. “Like our business, WEM are working from a very solid foundation and are adding to the MX Nationals every year.

“We have some of the best brands in the motocross business, so it’s fitting to be involved with the 2011 Rockstar Energy Drink MX Nationals.”

This year’s opening round of the 2011 Rockstar Energy Drink MX Nationals will be contested at Broadford’s State Motorcycle Sport Complex in Victoria on Sunday, 13 March.

The series launch will take place this week at the Macarthur Motorcycle Club in Appin, NSW, on Thursday, 24 February, marking the first official glimpse at this year’s MX Nationals contenders.
