Following the cancelation of its first-ever Call To Arms Recreational Charity Ride Day last month, Motorcycling NSW has announced that the event has been rescheduled to take place at Lake Macquarie Motorcycle Club on 24 July.
As promised, all entered riders from the original date will automatically have their entries transferred to the new date. However, for those who are unable to attend the new date, full refunds are available at your request to MNSW.
The idea behind the concept was for it to be the launching pad for a host of rider-orientated activities and initiatives over coming months, aimed at bringing more riding opportunities and fun activities back to the riders, whilst encouraging others to bring their friends and family along as well.
The Call To Arms ride day is open to all MA and non-MA licence holders and will give everyone the opportunity to ride a fully prepped Lakes track whilst getting to enjoy a laid back atmosphere and let your hair down in the process.
On the day there will also be a sausage sizzle, coffee and food stalls, as well as trade stands, giveaways, raffles, a jumping castle for the kids and High Roller Energy will be on-hand throughout the day for those who need a little kick.
Early entry is just $30.00, whilst entry on the day is $40.00 for the first class entered. All addition classes just $15.00.
A $5.00 discount applies for those who elect to nominate a flag marshal, with all proceeds going to the Cancer Council’s Call To Arms fund.
MNSW’s first-ever Recreational Charity Ride Day is set to kick-off a new-era of rider-related events and activities and we look forward to seeing you all there for an enjoyable day in the day.
