Fans of the Viking Group Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK) will be able to watch the nation’s leading road racers do battle via live video streaming this Sunday, 6 June as round three takes place at Queensland Raceway this weekend.
The ASBK has teamed up with nsane technologies to bring on-track action online, allowing those who can’t be trackside to share in the thrills and spills of all classes of competition.
Two high quality cameras will be positioned atop the control tower with a broad view of the 3.12km spectator-friendly circuit. Vision will be paired with the series’ expert commentary feed making for a complete viewing experience free of charge.
ASBK director Yarrive Konsky said the new feature was another way to connect with the championship’s growing legion of fans.
“We’re committed to innovation at the ASBK series and the addition of this live video streaming service will allow us to showcase the action across all classes on the Sunday,” said Konsky. “The broadcast will run live all day and will feature course commentary from our regular team, making it the next best thing to being there.”
Fans can access the live streaming service by logging on to www.asbk.com.au and following the links from 9:00am this Sunday.
