MAVTV Plus subscriptions to conclude at the end of July.
The remainder of the 2022 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship will be broadcast through ‘MAVTV on FloRacing’ as part of a newly-introduced streaming partnership, which will take over the service from MAVTV Plus.
Current MAVTV Plus subscribers will maintain access to their service until 26 July, with the RedBud, Southwick, Spring Creek and Washougal nationals to still be streamed on the troubled platform.
“We place enormous value on the fan experience – we want to give our customers the best viewing experience possible,” said Morgan Lucas, president of Lucas Oil. “MAVTV’s mission is to connect race fans to their favorite events from anywhere. FloSports helps us deliver on that mission, giving subscribers the best support, technology, and access to the motorsports events they love. We are all-in and eager to build this partnership into the best motorsports streaming platform available.”
The announcement follows ongoing issues encountered during the opening rounds of the series, with a limited-time offer available for new FloRacing subscribers at $6.99 a month to watch Pro Motocross.
That offer is available until midnight on 3 September, with the standard FloSports monthly rate otherwise set at $29.99. MAVTV Motorsports Network programming will still be available through cable television and select digital outlets.
Upcoming rounds of Pro Motocross – until MAVTV Plus closes at the end of the month – will be streamed on both that and the new MAVTV on FloSports application, which is available across the major streaming platforms.
