Fans are set to be treated to the most in-depth television coverage Australian motocross has ever seen in 2022, each round aired on the ProMX TV live-stream, in addition to SBS and Stan Sport live in an extended three-hour broadcast package.

The morning action will be available on ProMX TV live before being joined in coverage by Stan Sport and SBS to complete the increased broadcast package.

ProMX TV will also deliver behind the scenes content with exclusive features surrounding the championship, whilst broadcasting the MX1, MX2 and MX3 motos. Additional races from Veterans and WMX will be streamed at selected rounds.

“Despite a disrupted 2021, the fans were able to enjoy the excellent TV coverage provided by ProMX and the ProMX TV team,” Motorcycling Australia CEO Peter Doyle explained.

“Showcasing this amazing sport via the largest television package in Australian motocross history is no small task, but thanks to the dedication and partnership of the ProMX TV partners SBS and Stan Sports, we’re pleased to let the fans know we have an action-packed year of racing ahead.

“Fans will be able to access the broadcasts no matter where they are whether through SBS or Stan Sport throughout all eight rounds across the season.”

Adding to the extensive coverage for 2022, Sky Sport NZ will allow New Zealand fans to enjoy the ProMX coverage across all eight rounds, the first of which commences this Sunday at Wonthaggi.
