Jesse Dobson press release:
Currently sitting tenth in the MX1 Championship, Husqvarna FC450 racer Jesse Dobson is ready for a strong finish to the MX Nationals as the final five rounds are battled out over the next six weeks. With round six of the ten-round series slated for Gympie, Queensland this Sunday, Dobson is confident of returning to the good form he carried through the first three rounds.
With a poor result by his own standards at rounds four and five, leading privateer racer, Jesse Dobson used the MX Nationals mid-season break to investigate the lethargic and run-down feeling he experienced at the Murray Bridge double header weekend.
Jesse Dobson: “At Murray Bridge, I was feeling really run-down, and initially thought I might have been a little burnt-out from the effort I was putting in, but after seeing my doctor it was confirmed that I had Epstein-Barr. It was a relief to be honest, because it meant I knew what needed to be done to get back on top, and the break in the series let me do exactly that. I’m now back to feeling myself again, and plenty of bike time with some fast guys is giving me a lot of confidence heading into the final rounds.”
Making the most of the mid-season break, Jesse was invited to chat with Gypsy Tales podcast about the rest of the season, and how he’s literally going ‘all-in’ for the remainder of the season.
