An expansive Ride Red privateer program has been launched by Honda Motorcycles Australia, to contest the 2018 MX Nationals and Australian Supercross Championship.

Supported by Honda Genuine, the Ride Red team will feature Ricky Latimer, Lochie Latimer, Joel Green, James Alen, Izak Maule, Jai Constantinou, Tyler Darby, Caleb Goullet, Lachie Davis, Joel Wightman and Rhys Budd.

“This is a great initiative and everyone at Honda is excited,” commented Honda Motorcycles Australia motorsports manager Glyn Griffiths. “We are backing riders to compete at a local and national level and we are committed to helping this talented group of privateer riders achieve their respective goals.”

All will compete in the newly-formed Honda Genuine Ride Red team in the MX Nationals series and Australian Supercross Championship this season across the MX1/SX1 and MX2/SX2 categories.
