High-tech goggle developed with Ken Roczen and debuted at Anaheim 1.
Fox debuted its brand new 2018 Fox Vue goggle with Ken Roczen at Anaheim 1’s opening round of the 2018 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship last weekend, becoming a head-to-toe athlete with the iconic American brand for this season.
Both Fox and Roczen have worked tirelessly on the Vue inside the Moto-X Lab to create a goggle suiting the German’s vision, as he returned to the top level of the sport following almost a full year on the sidelines.
According to Fox, the Vue goggle features unmatched field of vision, an injection molded Polycarbonate lens and its exclusive TruLock quick-change lens system. Now, you can see the same possibilities as Ken Roczen.
“Getting the widest field of vision was really critical for me,” Roczen explained. “We went through several rounds of samples to get it right. I am really happy with the final product.”
Mark Finley, global director of communications and consumer insights at Fox, said that the development process with Roczen was a measured one that ultimately sees the brand release its highest-standard of goggle in history.
“Ken really pushed the team on the Vue goggle project,” Finley said. “His input and direct communication with our design and development team really elevated the entire process. We are very proud to see the Vue goggle come to life at A1 on Kenny.”
