DPH Motorsport press release:
With Round 1 of the MX Nationals just days away, preparations for the Thor MX clad racers has been smooth and strong, with both riders showing that they have the speed and determination to come out on top in 2017.
For YZ250F mounted Wilson Todd, the year brings a number of changes while retaining his long association with Yamaha, “I’ve moved to Victoria so I can be closer to the team, and so far that has really paid off for me” the young queenslander said. “I’m really happy with my preparations and I’m really enjoying my new home with DPH Motorsport, I can’t wait to hit turn one next Sunday!”
Meanwhile, MX1 contender, Kade Mosig has returned to DPH. “I’m more motivated than ever coming into the season opener. I’m in a familiar team with the DPH crew and I’m enjoying working closely with Jarrod, I feel good, and I think the proof of that is in the smile I have every time I get off the bike! I have the speed, fitness and support” states Mosig.
DPH Motorsport is proud to represent its partners in the 2017 MX Nationals, with the arguably the busiest race schedule in Australia. “We’re excited for the MX season to start” Team Owner, Dale Hocking said “with our new road race program, the team is contesting 23 national race meetings this year, but we haven’t lost our focus. 2016 was a great year for us supporting Jed (Beaton) in his MX2 Championship, and coming into this season we’re just as motivated with 2 exceptional riders in Kade and Wilson to bring home a couple more titles”.
