Rockstar Motul Suzuki’s Matt Moss will step up to the Pro Open class for the New Zealand round of the Monster Energy Super X, Australasian Supercross Championship, to be held on 21 November.
In a weekend that doesn’t count toward the Pro Lites Championship, Moss will ride an RM-Z450 for the first time this season after dominating the Lites season to date with victory in every round to date.
It’s believed that the event will mark as a testing session for Moss, who is set to ride the entire AMA Supercross and Motocross season on the 450 in 2010 before returning for Super X next year in the Open class.
Depending on his title prospects, Moss may also compete in the Open class at the Brisbane finale on 5 December against Chad Reed and James ‘Bubba’ Stewart.
