BTO Sports KTM’s Davi Millsaps has been confirmed for the opening round of the 2016 Australian Supercross Championship at Jimboomba in Queensland on 17 September.

Longtime American front-runner Millsaps previously came to Australia for the Brisbane round of Australian Supercross in 2009, finishing second to local export Chad Reed on that occasion.

Millsaps finished 14th in this year’s Monster Energy AMA Supercross, an FIM World Championship, series after missing much of the season’s back half, now currently leading the Canadian nationals on debut in the series.
