Championship leader remains unbeaten Outright this season.
KTM Enduro Racing Team’s Daniel Sanders continued his unbeaten run to date in the 2016 Yamaha Australian Off-Road Championship at Portland in New South Wales on Saturday.
Sanders won round three of the season comfortably over Yamaha duo Chris Hollis and Josh Green Outright, with the top five completed by Husqvarna teammates Glenn Kearney and Lachlan Stanford.
Sanders was also credited the E3 class victory over Stanford (Husqvarna Enduro Racing Team), with Beau Ralston (Active8 Yamaha) rounding out the podium.
In E2 it was Hollis (CDR Yamaha) who took the spoils from Green (Active8 Yamaha), the WR450F-mounted riders joined on the podium by Tye Simmonds (KTM Enduro Racing Team).
Husqvarna Enduro Racing Team manager and rider Kearney was on form during Saturday’s action, topping the E1 class ahead of Scott Keegan (Yamaha) and Jack Simpson (KTM).
Other class winners from Saturday’s third round included Nic Tomlinson (EJ), Jemma Wilson (Women), Jason Salopayevs (Masters) and Bjorn Osborne (Vets).
