A new-look eight-round 2023 Penrite ProMX calendar has been released, with Toowoomba and Appin set to feature in next year’s season which is set to span from March to August.

As previously announced, Wonthaggi will again host the opening round as next year’s series commences on 5 March at the Victorian venue.

After a three-year absence from the national calendar, Appin will return to host the second round of the championship on 19 March, before Wodonga will mark the third stop on 16 April, with a date and venue for round four still TBA.

ProMX will continue at Gillman, South Australia for round five on 28 May, before Toowoomba returns to the national scene for the first time since 2017, hosting round six on 25 June.

Following a near two-month break, the penultimate round will take place at Queensland Moto Park (QMP) on 13 August, before the Coolum will again host the season finals across a two-day format, to be contested between 19-20 August.

Notably, Mackay, Coffs Harbour and Maitland aren’t currently on listed next year’s calendar, having featured in the 2022 season. It is understood that Maitland is shortlisted for the TBA round four.

MX1, MX2 and MX3 classes once more will compete at all eight rounds, with the MXW championship set to expand to four rounds for 2023, and Vets to line-up at Coolum.
