Detailed: 2022 Troy Lee Designs Scout range
TLD introduces new off-road line beyond the racetrack and onto the trails.
Troy Lee Designs has expanded its collection with the 2022 Scout range, targeted at every level of off-road riding and developed for enthusiasts ‘Riding the World One Trail at a Time’.
The 2022 TLD Scout range sees two jersey and pant options available in a range of colours, the Scout SE and the Scout GP, as well as the addition of Scout Traverse jacket and Scout Gambit Gloves.
Scout SE racewear
Designed to conquer the toughest of the trails, the Scout SE line is the pinnacle of the Scout range and is made with premium fabrics, fitting for performance.
The Scout SE Jersey boasts moisture-wicking quick-dry Air Knit Fabric, enabling riders to stay cool on warmer rides.
Abrasion-resistant fabric and foam padding have been added to the forearms of the SE jersey to ensure even the fastest trail riders are well-protected against every element.
A silicone Troy Lee Designs signature is added to the tail, providing the finishing touch to what is the perfect balance of performance, protection and style in a jersey that retails at $149.95.
The Scout SE pant ($329.95) features zippered mesh ventilation at the front and back of the thighs and boast added storage space thanks to their zippered side pockets.
Heavy duty polyester and nylon fabrics in key areas combined with stretch yoke in the rear seat and groin areas give the SE pants a protective, yet comfortable fit.
Superior knee protection is provided thanks to inside leather knee panels and TLD’s Articulated Knee Technology, making the Scout SE pant resilient on any trail.
Scout GP racewear
Targeted at the enthusiast, the Scout GP gear couples technology and style to provide a ride fit and fast look. The Scout GP Jersey is constructed with micro-holed mesh polyester which is quick dry and enables airflow.
Boasting both safety and a classic look, the GP jersey has a minimalist cuff design, ribbed street V-neck collar and reflective graphics in key areas.
It comes in two designs, the signature TLD Peace and Wheelies and exclusive to the Scout line, the Recon, and will be available at an RRP of $89.95.
Designed to give every recreational trail rider what they have been waiting for, the Scout GP Pant ($239.95) also features zippered mesh thigh ventilation and a zippered side pocket for additional storage.
Constructed with 600D polyester fabric, the Scout GP pant provides all-round fit, style, durability and added protection thanks to their TLD Articulated Knee Technology.
The Scout GP pant is available in three colours providing the option to mix and match with the GP jersey colour offerings in five different ways.
Scout Gambit glove
Engineered to provide a smoother ride, the Scout Gambit glove features a dual-layer palm that minimises vibration from the bars even over the roughest of terrain.
Adding to the Gambit’s safety is the articulated D3O knuckle protection, while a three-layer softshell fabric, soft fleece liner, compression-moulded cuffs and velcro closure optimise both comfort and fit.
Available at an RRP of $99.95, the Scout Gambit Gloves also boasts two silicone print fingertips for enhanced grip, and a conductive index and thumb.
Scout Traverse jacket
The Scout Traverse jacket ($299.95 RRP) will have you covered when the temperatures drop out on the trail.
Constructed to be lightweight and flexible, the Traverse Jacket is made with TLD Ripstop Softshell Fabric which features a DWR Water Repellent Coating.
Zippered Chest Ventilation is available for when the temperatures rise to ensure adequate airflow to key areas, and removable sleeves with back pocket storage add to this effect.
Enhancing the Traverse’s safety are reflective graphics in key areas, while adjustable hem and cuffs help optimise its fit and comfort. Finally, adding the jacket’s practicality are four zippered pockets.
