Further changes to the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship are expected to be made, with organisers indicating that the 2020 series could now commence on 20 June.

It was announced last month that the postponed season would be beginning on 13 June with the Florida National, which will likely be pushed back at least a week.

The Race Leadership Team (RLT) – which consists of representatives from the AMA, MX Sports and MX Sports Pro Racing – met on Monday, with a delayed start date soon due to be released.

It was announced last week that the latest the Pro Motocross championship will be completed will be 12 September, before it’s expected that Monster Energy Supercross will resume in the fall.
