Self-funded Husqvarna pilot impresses at round one of AMA Supercross.
After being left without ride and forced to piece together his own program for the second time in his career, Dean Wilson showed up at Anaheim 1’s opening round of the 2019 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship in some of the best form of his career. The Husqvarna pilot led 15 minutes of the main event on Saturday night before relinquishing the lead and settling into fourth. It was a highly-impressive showing, and only a sign of things to come from the popular number 15.
