KTM Enduro Racing Team’s Daniel Milner has established himself as the early leader in the 2018 Yamaha Australian Four-Day Enduro (A4DE), at the top of the time-sheets following day one.

While timing and scoring issues delayed the results overnight, it was Milner who finally emerged at the front when Wedesnday’s running was officially tallied.

Milner sits 27.980s ahead of Australian Off-Road Championship (AORC) rival Daniel Sanders (Husqvarna Enduro Racing Team) Outright, who in turn is over 45 seconds up on Lyndon Snodgrass (KTM Enduro Racing Team). Jack Simpson (KTM) and Josh Green (Active8 Yamalube Yamaha) fill the top five.

As a result, it’s Milner who heads the E3 pack ahead of Lachlan Stanford (Husqvarna Enduro Racing Team) and Broc Grabham (Gas Gas), as Sanders is out front in E2 from Snodgrass and Green. The E1 class sees Simpson top Fraser Higlett (Husqvarna Enduro Racing Team) and Luke Styke (Active8 Yamalube Yamaha).

Meanwhile, Yamaha-mounted Jessica Gardiner has the early Womens advantage, Ben Grabham is at the front of the Veterans category and Brad Williscroft in the Masters.
