Queenslander stands atop podium to claim fifth in the standings.
Victory in Wembley was the perfect way for Australia’s Dan Reardon to wrap-up his Power Maxed Arenacross Tour assault in the United Kingdom over the weekend, standing on the top step of the podium for the first time in 2018.
Reardon has vast international experience, however it’s taken the Queenslander some time in adapting to the tight surroundings of Arenacross and his final round win saw him round out the season in fifth overall.
“I’ve had an awesome time with the tour and hope to come back and give it another shot,” Reardon recalled. “It’s been tougher than I imagined, but in true Aussie style, I never gave up. My I-Fly JK Yamaha team have been brilliant and we pulled it all together tonight.”
Following his successful stint in the UK, Reardon will now return home to contest the inaugural New Holland Split Rhythm event to be staged at the Adelaide 500 in South Australia between 1-3 March.
