We would like to congratulate Gas Gas Motorcycles Australia rider Jade Gartlan, who secured victory over the weekend at the Wildwood Rock Extreme Enduro winning the Expert Over 35 class on the EC300. After the 3 hour cut-off, Jade was able to complete 5 laps in a time of 3hr 17mins, his closest rival 13 mins behind.

His performance was even more remarkable from starting in 69th position and finishing inside the top ten outright of the day, grabbing 9th out of 112 competitors.

“We are extremely happy to get a first-place result in our first race since taking on the Gas Gas brand in Australia and with the all-new 2018 platform which proved faultless in one of Australia’s most gruelling motorcycle races.

Jade rode exceptionally well and we look forward to continuing to work with him in the future.” said Australia Gas Gas distributor, Urban Moto Imports CEO Joseph Elasmar.

Supported by many Gas Gas fans, the Wildwood Rock Extreme Enduro lived up to its reputation providing great entertainment for spectators, whilst competitors face one of the toughest enduro event on the calendar with the treacherous tracks and obstacle course.
