Raceline expands with 2017 KTM Australian Junior Motocross Championship initiatives
Raceline Pirelli KTM press release:
This weekend the KTM Australian Junior Motocross Championships will officially kick off at Horsham in Victoria, and to celebrate the coming together of Australia’s fastest junior riders, Raceline Performance will also have a significant presence at this year’s biggest week of motocross in the country.
Over the past few years, the Raceline brand has developed into much more than just ‘Products’, growing to become a service shop (Raceline Performance), the official Australian distributer of Pro Circuit engines and suspension – the company also now has their very own specialised service van, and of course supports one of the most successful race teams in the country, Raceline Pirelli KTM.
The good news for Australia’s future super stars is that at Horsham, junior riders will get to experience a wide range of Raceline driven initiatives, including product sampling, competitions, service support, rider support, and awards over the week-long KTM Australian Junior Motocross Championship.
From day one of the event, the all new Raceline Service van will be on the ground offering support to junior riders and their parents, which will not be limited to KTM mounted athletes. Any rider, on any brand of machine will have the opportunity to utilise the expertise of Raceline’s professional mechanics with anything bike related throughout the week.
In addition to the Raceline Service van being on the ground at Horsham, the full range of Raceline Products will be on display and available for purchase throughout the event, meaning whether it’s bike wash, to brake cleaner you’ll be able to sample and get your hands on the latest Raceline products.
For the riders, Raceline also has a range of initiatives taking place during the week-long event. An incredible 13 Raceline holeshot awards will be handed out over the championship throughout the ‘finals’ and each day there will be a Raceline ‘Hard Charger’ award given to the athlete who impressed the most during their motos.
To top off the week’s Raceline events, former FIM Junior World Motocross Champion Jay Wilson who currently rides for Raceline Pirelli KTM in the SX2 category, will spend the final two days of the event offering support to junior riders, providing a rare once off opportunity to pick the brain of one of the fastest riders in the country!
In addition, at this year’s KTM Australian Junior Motocross Championship, Raceline has also confirmed that the team will be supporting international Estonian KTM rider Meico Vettik, who is tipped to be one of the riders to watch throughout the event.
Finally, to top off the many Raceline activities happening at Horsham there will also be an exciting Pro Circuit competition set to be announced later this week, so stay tuned for more in the coming days.
