Husqvarna's Jarvis secures runner-up podium position.
KTM Enduro Factory Racing’s Alfredo Gomez claimed victory at the 2017 ErzbergRodeo Red Bull Hare Scramble event in Austria ahead of a talented field of off-road specialists.
In just two hours and 17 minutes the Spanish rider crossed the finish line in the top spot after battling through the gruelling course featuring 25 check points.
With Gomez claiming victory it was Graham Jarvis aboard his factory Husqvarna entry who claimed the runner-up spot for the 2017 running of the event three minutes and 22 seconds back.
Rounding out the podium KTM’s Cody Webb finished the one-day race in third spot unable to match his previous 2016 runner-up result due to reported arm-pump issues throughout the event.
South Africa’s Wade Young finished out the event in fourth position behind Gomez, Jarvis and Webb, following the top four it was KTM’s Johnny Walker who rounded out the top five.
