Red Bull KTM’s Trey Canard is slated to return for this weekend’s Monster Energy AMA Supercross round in Arlington, Texas, coming off the bench following a shoulder injury in January.

Canard injured his shoulder in practice at Anaheim 1, but went on to qualify via the LCQ before opting out prior to the main event. Further evaluations confirmed a minor rotator cuff tear, sidelining him for a month.

After missing the following four rounds altogether, Canard is back in time for the sixth round this season, joining defending champion, current points leader Ryan Dungey and Marvin Musquin in the three-rider factory line-up.
