Qualifying races scrapped, practice sessions rescheduled.
The penultimate round of the 2016 FIM World Motocross Championship has been post-poned due to Charlotte Motor Speedway catching the tail-end of a Hurricane that swept through the area.
Significant rain has forced organisers to scrap the scheduled qualifying races, however free practice and time practice has been rescheduled to take place prior to tomorrow night’s racing.
The track crew have covered and sealed the man-made circuit, and they will endeavour to drain any excess water off the track in order to deliver acceptable racing conditions.
The forecast is expected to be clear and sunny for tomorrow’s racing action.
