Defending MXGP World Champion Romain Febvre will lead Team France in the 2016 Motocross of Nations (MXoN), the French Motorcycle Federation has confirmed.

Monster Energy Yamaha’s Febvre will contest the premier MXGP class at Maggiora, Italy, on 25 September alongside Dylan Ferrandis (MX2) and Gautier Paulin (Open).

The reserve rider has been announced has Benoit Paturel. Last year France won with Paulin (MXGP), Febvre (Open) and Marvin Musquin (MX2), however the latter won’t attend this year.
