This year's championship to span six rounds across four states.
Motorcycling Australia (MA) has today announced the base 2016 Australian Supercross Championship calendar.
The 2016 series will kick off on 17 September in Queensland before spanning six rounds across four states.
Following the opening championship round in Queensland, the series will head to Victoria, back to Queensland, then to South Australia before wrapping up in New South Wales with a double-header season finale – expected to be the AUS-X Open.
Venues and promoters for each round will be announced in the coming weeks. Supplementary regulations along with a complete breakdown of prize money and entry details will also be released closer to event dates.

Rd2 – 8 October – VIC
Rd3 – 15 October – QLD
Rd4 – 29 October – SA
Rd5 – 5 November – NSW
