Upgraded race replicas from KTM break cover.
KTM has uncovered its 2016 model Factory Edition motocross bikes during the Austrian manufacturer’s race team introductions in the US this week, based on the Red Bull KTM and Troy Lee Designs/GoPro/Red Bull/KTM racers.
The updated 450 SX-F will be based on Ryan Dungey’s title-winning machine in Red Bull KTM colours, featuring the lightweight WP AER 48 forks and an updated shock settings to match. It also boasts a billet triple clamp and Akrapovic titanium silencer.
With the Troy Lee Designs/GoPro/Red Bull/KTM team taking over as the brand’s official factory outfit in the US, the 250 SX-F Factory Edition is based on their livery and also has the updated suspension and billet triple clamps, but has an FMF titanium silencer.
There’s been no confirmation if the models will be available through KTM Australia in our local market. Further information and reviews on the standard KTM range can be found in our Product Centre and Bike Test sections on MotoOnline.com.au.
