Blacktop and Dust Motorcycles welcomed the public into their dealership for the first time during their spectacular grand opening event over the weekend.

Located in the heart of Penrith NSW, Blacktop and Dust Motorcycles has picked up where Kelen Kawasaki left off as the prominent Kawasaki dealership in Penrith.

Giveaways were aplenty on the day while young and old were immersed in endless amounts of entertainment including a jumping castle, face painting, music & a BBQ arranged by Blacktown Mini Bike Club.

“We had lots of people through the dealership doors at out grand opening. We wanted to welcome all the locals with arms wide open. We had a lot of support on the day from Kawasaki Motors Australia and Blacktown Mini Bike Club and we also saw a strong presence from valued long-time Kelen Kawasaki customers,” commented Dealer Principal, Scott Floyd.

“Kelen Kawasaki was one of the longest serving Kawasaki dealerships in Australia and the new owners are extremely proud of this heritage. That’s why we decided to incorporate the Kelen name in our new logo,” Scott said.

“The store name, Blacktop and Dust Motorcycles, came about when I was trying to think of a more interesting and memorable way of conveying that we specialise in road and off-road motorcycles.

“Overall we had a great weekend and we are positive that the success of our grand opening will serve as a sign of what the future holds,” Scott commented.

Kawasaki’s NSW and ACT Sales Manager, Ricky Erwin, said “We are thrilled to have Blacktop and Dust Motorcycles join the Kawasaki family.
