The FIM has confirmed the structure of next year’s brand new EnduroGP category, which will be introduced as part of the 2016 Enduro World Championship.

EnduroGP will be an overall world championship classification, featuring riders drawn from the E1, E2 and E3 classes, and resulting in an outright world champion.

Classes will be indicated due to number plate colouring – black for E1, red for E2 and yellow for E3. Starting orders will be determined following the intermediate rankings of the GP championship.

Further 2016 information is due to be released, while the FIM is also working with the enduro stakeholders in the preparation of the 2017 season.
