Dungey and Webb on top overall in challenging conditions.
The Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship’s Washougal MX Park round was held in challenging conditions and resulted in a dramatic afternoon of competition in both the 450 Class and 250 Class. For the seventh time in his pro career, Red Bull KTM’s Ryan Dungey won at Washougal, taking advantage of a late mistake by Justin Barcia to become the winningest rider in history at the facility and take another step towards a third 450 Class title. In the 250 Class, Cooper Webb made it back-to-back wins after teammate Jeremy Martin crashed out of the lead in the final moto. Additionally, Marvin Musquin erased 15 of his 19-point deficit to Martin in the championship standings.
