Monster Energy Kawasaki has made the shock announcement that it has terminated its contract with Davi Millsaps, pulling its factory team out of the final three rounds of 2015 AMA Monster Energy Supercross in the process.

Millsaps signed with Kawasaki following an injury-plagued year with Rockstar Energy Racing on board a KTM in 2014, but has since been unable to capture his form of 2013 when he won races and led the 450SX title for a number of rounds.

A reason for the sudden dismissal of Millsaps is yet to be provided, nor has any information on who will take his place alongside Wil Hahn for the 2015 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship when it commences on 16 May at Hangtown.
