John Titman Racing (JTR) is one of Australia’s largest distributors of motorcycle parts and accessories, distributing 15 international trusted and respected brands.

An opportunity exists for a Sales Representative to join our team located in Perth with additional travel to South Australia and Northern Territory.

Specific activities of this role include:
– Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business and customers.
– Meets and exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned customers.
– Plan and attend regular meetings with customers.
– Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel (Sales, Management & Account) in assigned customer accounts.
– Provide product knowledge and training to customers.
– Co-ordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
– Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
– Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
– Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
– You will act as the key interface between the customer and all JTR relevant divisions to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
– Write business plans for current and new clients.
– Able to identify and understand the customer’s need, propose solutions, close the sale.
– Achieve Targets and KPIs.

To be successful in this role the applicant will satisfy the following criteria:
– Experience in motorcycle parts and accessories.
– Sales Experience
– Honest, reliable, punctual and trustworthy
– Self motivated and hardworking
– Demonstrate the ability to multi task and prioritize workflow to ensure deadlines are met with accuracy.
– Effective communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Sound computer skills with good attention to detail
– Well developed numeracy and literacy skills
