Aussie golden girl to battle for first world championship.
Australia’s Meghan Rutledge will form part of the six-rider Team Bud Racing Kawasaki Monster team in 2015, vying for the FIM Women’s Motocross World Championship.
Rutledge finished runner-up this season on board her KX250F, returning to go one better alongside Xavier Boog, Maxime Desprey, Nicolas Dercourt, Brian Moreau and David Braceras.
“It’s always exciting to work with new riders and in 2015 my job will be even more interesting as I’ll be working with professional riders as well as young kids that you need to train,” said team trainer Jacky Vimond.
Rutledge will be the lone rider in the French team to campaign a full world championship season, with the remaining members spread across European championships and French series.
