With the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship moving to Hangtown for round two, Ken Roczen was seeking redemption in the 450 Class after narrowly losing out on the win a week ago. He would face stiff competition from Brett Metcalfe, Justin Barcia and Ryan Dungey though during an exciting battle in the second moto. In the 250 Class, it was more of the same as the Star Racing Yamaha duo of Jeremy Martin and Cooper Webb proved that their first-round domination was no fluke.
