Australia strong again on day four of Sardinia's 2013 ISDE

Australia's Senior Trophy team has moved back into second overall after day four of this year's 2013 International Six Days of Enduro (ISDE) in Sardinia, Italy.

Australia’s Senior Trophy team has moved back into second overall after day four of this year’s 2013 International Six Days of Enduro (ISDE) in Sardinia, Italy.

France leads by a commanding 11m05.87 over Australia, with France less than a minute behind in third.

Australia’s Junior Trophy team climbed back into the top five overnight, now fifth, that category led by France, Italy and Great Britain.

In the Women’s it’s still Australia at the forefront, extending a 10m42.84 advantage after day four from Sweden and France.

Individually, Cristobal Guerrero, Jeremy Joly and Lorenzo Santolino remain the top three in E1, with Glenn Kearney slipping back to ninth and Tom McCormack in 12th. McCormack was a solid third on day four.

Daniel Milner is over a minute ahead of Pierre Alexandr Renet in E2, who has climbed past Johnny Aubert for second. Josh Strang is eighth, Josh Green 12th, Lachlan Stanford 18th, Ben Burrell 31st and Scott Keegan 33rd.

Strang was top Australian performer in E2 today, edging out Milner for third.

Outright event leader Antoine Meo continues to dominate E3 ahead of Mathias Bellino and Australian Chris Hollis.

Jessica Gardiner has a lead of over two minutes in the Women’s category from Jessica Jonnson and Jemma Wilson, while Tayla Jones is fifth. Gardiner and Wilson made it a 1-2 for the Aussies on day four.
