Honda has released the pricing structure for its 2014 motocross contenders based upon its new, all-inclusive Ready to Ride model.
Ready to Ride pricing is inclusive of the manufacturer’s list price, pre-delivery and freight to dealer charges to ensure the customer receives a competitive deal, with no unexpected costs.
The 2014 CRF250R will be the first to hit Honda dealerships this week, with Ready to Ride pricing set at $9,967.
The updated model features a new aluminium frame, updated fork, new swingarm, new shock and linkage ratio and Honda’s dual-muffler exhaust and a variety of engine upgrades.
The 2014 CRF450R will be available in mid-October, and is priced competitively at $10,697 Ready to Ride.
The open class motocrosser received a dramatic overhaul in 2013, with changes in 2014 including engine modifications and suspension updates. Its 449cc single-cylinder powerplant will deliver better bottom-end torque with new dual fuel-injection timing and updated twin rear silencers.
Both bikes are finished off with an impeccable level of styling and maintain the triangular proportions that the CRF line is recognised for.
