It’s a great feeling to get this opportunity with Carlton Dry Honda, it’s like another lifeline in my career to be part of a team for the motocross series. I can look toward being on a team for the whole year, so it’s motivating and I’m excited. To get Ben Townley’s ride is a big thing, he’s a world champion and has won an East Coast Supercross Lites title in America, so to fill his spot is massive. It’s a great bike, they’ve developed it well with him and I feel quite comfortable straightaway with a few minor changes to suit my style – it’s nice and easy. I don’t have any expectations into Raymond Terrace, I’m just going there to do my best with what I have and know in a short period of time. I’ve been on the bike for the past two days, so all I can do is focus on riding a dirt bike the best I can and we’ll see what the outcome is.
