Victorian Kade Mosig is certain that his investment competing in the opening six rounds of American Supercross will pay off come Raymond Terrace’s Monster Energy MX Nationals opener in April.

Mosig has made impressive progress in recent weeks during his US stint with ADR Motorsports, qualifying for the main events in both Oakland and at Anaheim 3.

Already confirmed for the Zero Seven Motorsports team aboard a Kawasaki in Australia for 2013, Mosig is certain that his improved intensity will benefit him come the outdoors.

“I think it’s a great thing and out of all my years of racing I haven’t felt this prepared,” Mosig told MotoOnline. “I don’t think you can get better practice than on a race track, not just any race track, but over here I’m racing against the fastest guys in the world in the 250 class.

“It’s been making me push that little bit harder, I feel like it’s helped me find a bit extra in my riding and it’s given me a lot of motivation to go home and work even harder. It’s definitely been good for me and that’s the main reason why I came over here, to better myself and my riding.

“I’m really excited to get back home to work with the Zero Seven Motorsports team, get the ball rolling into motocross. I think this is the best pre-season lead-up I could possibly have.”
