Boyle claims Melbourne Enduro-X Pro Class victory
Peter Boyle has taken the Pro Class top honours at the InsureMyRide Melbourne Enduro-X at Calder Park Raceway, with the privateer Honda rider claiming wins in all three finals.
Honda privateer Peter Boyle won the InsureMyRide Melbourne Enduro-X at Calder Park Raceway on Sunday, claiming victory in all three Pro Class finals.
Boyle took home to $5000 prize money in a surprise performance, transferring through his heats with 3-4 finishes before winning all three finals.
Second overall for the weekend in a positive start to his season was Motorex KTM’s Chris Hollis with 2-3-4 results, one spot ahead of teammate Toby Price and his tally of 6-2-3 positions.
Completing the top five overall was Mitch Harper and Tom McCormack, while Ben Grabham was sixth fresh back from his debut performance in the Dakar Rally.
CDR Yamaha’s Daniel Milner crashed out early in the running during the first final after he had earlier won his pair of heat races.
