Yamaha Motor Australia held its inaugural Yamaha Parts & Accessories Academy Introductory Course in Brisbane on the 27-28 March, 2012.
The Yamaha Parts & Accessories Academy’s main focus is on improving the knowledge and skills of all Yamaha dealership parts interpreters, as well as achieving a sound knowledge of Yamaha Parts & Accessories Division operating systems.
The Yamaha Parts & Accessories Academy is a Yamaha Motor Company Japan initiative aimed at the Yamaha dealership parts team occupational roles, including parts management, parts interpreting and administration.
The Yamaha Parts & Accessories Division has congratulated three students in particular who achieved excellent results for the inaugural Yamaha Parts & Accessories Academy: Matthew Walsh (Coast Yamaha), Mark Wallace (Peter Stevens Geelong) and Daniel Argent (Yamaha World).
Yamaha Motor Australia continues to work with its dealer network with further introductory and advanced Yamaha Parts & Accessories Academy Courses planned to help lift the level of service provided by the Yamaha network that their customers expect.
