Carlton Dry Honda Thor Racing’s Brad Anderson and Ford Dale are filmed putting the CRF450R and CRF250R through their paces at the opening rounds of the Monster Energy MX Nationals.
The commercial is being run in mainstream programming nationally, and reaches a direct target audience through high-profile telecasts including MotoGP and V8 Supercars.
The television commercial is a first for multiple British Motocross Champion Brad Anderson, who acknowledged he hasn’t received this level of recognition anywhere else in the world.
“It is really special for Ford and I to be part of Honda’s new television commercial,” Anderson said
“To get recognition like this is incredibly humbling and something that I haven’t experienced racing anywhere else in the world.”
Anderson and Dale have been racing a number of State motocross events to maintain peak race fitness throughout the MX Nationals mid-season break.
Both riders will race this weekend as part of their preparation for next week’s sixth round of the MX Nationals at Hervey Bay. Dale competing locally in Queensland, while Anderson will contest the Victorian state titles event in Horsham.
“Horsham is a great event for me to do as we have an event there later in the year ,” Anderson continued. “It is also good to get some more race time in before next weekend.
“We have done a lot of testing work over the offseason and changed the bike to try and combat the arm pump issues I have been having.
“I can’t wait for next weekend to see how these changes have improved my overall performance,” Anderson concluded.
Anderson currently sits third on the MX1 standings with 274 points, while Dale holds down second in the MX2 ranks, also on 274 points.
