Yoshimura Suzuki’s James Stewart has confirmed that he’ll be competing this weekend in High Point’s fourth round of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship.
Stewart had been in doubt for the round with a tweaked wrist following his bizarre crash at Thunder Valley last Saturday, however he’s now confirmed via Twitter @JS7 that he’ll line-up this weekend.
“I’ll see you guys this weekend in PA,” Stewart wrote. “Looking forward to racing in front of my fans!”
Stewart’s career with Suzuki started off in miraculous fashion, clean-sweeping both the Hangtown and Freestone rounds of the series.
Following his double DNF in Colorado last weekend, Stewart’s now third in the series, 36 points behind new leader and arch-rival Ryan Dungey.
