CDR Yamaha team owner Craig Dack is happy with his team's results to date, but stresses that the next three rounds of the Monster Energy MX Nationals will be vitally important.
CDR Yamaha team owner Craig Dack believes that bike set-up at the upcoming three rounds of the Monster Energy MX Nationals will play a critical role in the outcome of the series.
As the series heads to the tracks with softer surfaces, bike setting changes must be made and will be a vital factor in ensuring that the riders feel confident and comfortable.
With Josh Coppins currently leading the MX1 class and Lawson Bopping sitting in sixth position after two rounds or racing, Dack remarked that he is very happy as the series approaches the mid-season break.
“Josh relentlessly races his way to the front and doesn’t know how to quit while Lawson is doing a great job and we are very happy with the progress he is making,” said Dack.
“The next three rounds will be vitally important as the racing surfaces become softer and bike setup is critical but I’m confident in the riders and the staff to make the changes needed and we can continue posting good results.”
Wonthaggi in Victoria on 28-29 April marks the third stop on the 2012 MXN calender, where the CDR Yamaha team will once again line-up to do battle.
