Motul Pirelli Suzuki’s Dan McCoy has been a revelation of sorts in Monster Energy Super X 2011, in contention for the title and taking an epic first career Pro Open win in the mud at Wollongong’s second round. After a frustrating MX Nationals campaign in the Lites, DMC’s switch to the RM-Z450 for supercross has worked in his favour, sitting second in the standings with two rounds remaining.
