FOX MX Australian rider support manager Mick Sinclair has sent MotoOnline.com.au a sneak preview (below) of the gear that Team Australia representatives Jay Marmont and Brett Metcalfe will be wearing at the 2010 Motocross of Nations at Thunder Valley in the United States on 26 September.

Three-time Australian MX Nationals Pro Open Champion Marmont and current AMA 450 Class number two Metcalfe will both wear FOX at this year’s MXoN, with the iconic apparel company designing this set of custom Team Australia gear for the event.

“We’re stoked that two of the three Aussie boys will be running this green and gold FOX uniform,” Sinclair commented. “It looks incredible and no doubt the boys will do us proud.”

The jersey that Marmont and Metty will wear at the MXoN in Colorado is a FOX Airline Jersey and the pants are a pair of FOX Platinum pants. Sinclair revealed that FOX will use the mesh Airline Jersey due to the hot weather in Colorado at this time of the year.

Also shown is the ultra-trick FOX V3 helmet in a unique green and gold colour combination that the boys will be wearing come the race weekend.

And unless your name is Jay Marmont or Brett Metcalfe you won’t be getting your hands on the green and gold FOX combo as they are special one-off editions exclusive for the boys at the event…
