The FIM has announced changes to the calendar for this year’s MotoGP World Championship.
The Grand Prix of Hungary, which was scheduled 17-19 September, has now been cancelled because the construction work cannot be finished on time.
It’s been revealed that the series will now visit another entirely new circuit, the Hungarian round will be replaced by the Grand Prix of Aragon at the reserve circuit of Motorland Aragon on the same date.
The Motorland Aragon Circuit features as a test track for many of the 125GP and Moto2 teams, the event set to mark the 14th round of the season.
